In 1983 Toei Animation decided to create a simple, with a superb design, 3in1 robot: Albegas. The style of the 3 robots is very clean and futuristic and can be assembled with the leadership of every single mecha, Alfa, Beta and Gamma, with their own weapons setup. The box is made of cardboard, with plastic inserts, and comes with a black and white instructions paper.
Arbegas is the defender of Akihabara, the electric town in Tokyo! The opening song is catchy and the anime is quite good too.
With this set you can reach up countless combinations: you have about 15 magnetic parts and 9x3 set of hands. The total height is about 19cm/8inches per robot.
The weaponry is very rich: 3 joinable swords, 1 bow, 1 spear and a set of police batons.
In the box you will find 3 space ships too, really tiny, that every pilot used in the series to reach his robot. The painting is nothing special, overall good, with a bright and polish look.

Evolution Toy makes good quality sets and you must keep in mind that there are not so many version of Albegas out there in the market. The current price for a new and complete boxed Light Speed Electric God set is about 215 - 250$ / 190 - 220€.
